We are currently looking for a Outside Sales Representative-Service Division to join our growing team! This position maintains existing contracts by increasing our bid opportunities for work including but not limited to maintenance, service, and re-roof work. Develops and maintains business relationships with property management companies, general contractors, building owners and others as needed with the goal of establishing Kodiak Roofing as their “contractor of choice”. Promote overall goodwill of our company and enhance our position in the market by initiating general and targeted marketing activities within the limits of the marketing budget.

Essential Responsibilities:
· Market analysis: Assists division managers by providing market analysis to help with growth.
· Forecasts: Provides data to Company in order to update and control forecasts covering projected new business sales, proposal activity/costs and requirements by customer and program.
· Works with team to develop marketing plans, business plans, sales strategies and action plans for identified targets of opportunity that clearly define objectives, goals, win strategies, schedules and action assignments.
· Supports division new-business proposal efforts.
· Develops budget figures for marketing and monitors monthly reports to ensure projections are being achieved.
· Maintains accurate weekly reports. Format to include information on daily activities, contacts made, expenses, bid opportunities, follow up required, etc.
· Attends weekly sales meeting to review goal progress, recent activities, etc.
· Regular, predictable attendance is required.
· Ability to get along and work effectively with others.
