SELCAT will begin accepting Overhead Applications on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time. Overhead Applications will remain open until Monday, January 19, 2026, at 4:30 PM Eastern Time.

**Note—Part of the application process is requesting a new account and that new account being approved by a SELCAT staff member before the application can be opened and payment processed. It is very important that anyone interested in applying for Overhead during this time, and DO NOT already have an account with SELCAT, go ahead and make that account request so that when Overhead Applications open, they are already set up and ready to pay the application fee and begin submitting their application along with all the required documents.

Substation and Underground Applications will remain open.
