Homeowner contacted us about doing the dirt work around his new house because his tractor didn’t have the oompf he felt it needed, nor did he have the time to get it done to put seed down.
We pulled out about 50 yards of fill to get the water draining away from the house properly, to the left of the house was significantly higher than everything around it and held the water to the house. We then spread a few loads of topsoil around for him to get a good base for grass to grow. Was a fun little project to accomplish, now onto the next!

If you were to ask me what the most rewarding part of the job was, I would respond with “finish work”.
Spent the day in the skid steer digging trench for slab insulation and then setting sub-grade so when the house is done and siding on we can spread some black dirt and get some grass growing.

Commencing immediately and applicable to all engagements from 2025 onwards, our revised billing procedures for hourly-billed services will be as follows: a predetermined hourly rate will be established prior to equipment and attachments leaving our premises. Billing will commence when the machine is loaded onto the trailer, including travel time to and from the job site, and will not be based on machine operating hours. Full payment is expected on the same day. We prefer bid-based projects, which allows operators to take breaks without incurring additional hourly fees. Bid-based jobs have a 14 day grace. Various payment methods are accepted, including cash, checks, credit cards (with fees), and ACH payments through our online portal. Please note that we do not accept money orders due to the lack of consumer protection.

Our wood processor can handle logs up to 22 inches in diameter and 12 feet long, and it can split wood into boiler chunks or smaller furnace-sized pieces. Its been a very busy week around here! Started off Monday having to dig my own septic line up due to a collapsed inlet line. Tuesday was a full day of moving equipment, Wednesday we did a tear off on part of a house for a remodel, Thursday we dug the basement(no pictures of that) and today we ripped 5 concrete walls and footers out for a customer so they can build a new shop. Next week will be just as busy! If we don’t have the right size equipment for a task, we’ll certainly rent it. Bonus picture of the dump truck showing off her new job tugging the equipment around.

Looking for farmers with rock piles on their field edges they want to part ways with!
I’ll load myself, clean the pile up and shape the ground up where the rock pile was when I’m done.
Will trade some machine time for the pile depending on size.
Must be able to get a quad axle dump truck in and out easily.
Fully insured as well.

Do you need a small load of sandbox sand, gravel or even mulch? We can tackle them loads too! Not all the time do customers need 22 ton of materials delivered. We’ve had this dump trailer for quite a while, use it often. With this setup we can move around about 6 ton of material(the trailer is limiting factor here)
So if you have a project you’re doing and don’t need a full load, give us a call and we can take care of it. 715-218-9755
