This is a position with huge growth potential for a smart, motivated individual. We design & build decks, outdoor living rooms, pergolas, patios, kitchens, water features, and fire places in the nicest towns all over North & Central NJ, Westchester & Rockland counties. We are there to help clients design & build their dream. This a great opportunity to learn a new industry. We are based in Sparta NJ

You will be training with the most nationally awarded designer in North America. We are regularly featured in national media for our work which puts us in the position of being the clients preferred provider making selling projects easier.

I am seeking an outgoing, energetic person with an eye for design to join my team and work with our model for creating gorgeous exterior living spaces for our clients while providing excellent customer service. You will be doing site visits. Building 3D designs. Writing up job proposals & following up. Meeting with clients in our new Sparta NJ showroom among other responsibilities.

Residential construction knowledge a plus. Must have a strong sense of excellent client service, follow up, and attention to detail. Time management and multi-tasking are all needed for this position. Sales planning, on site customer consultations, development of designs & project proposals, and tracking of current and potential sales. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by demonstrating product and project expertise, providing follow-through on projects, and working with the production team to execute projects as designed. Typical Monday thru Friday, evenings and Saturdays by appointment only.

Must be highly computer literate• Technologically proficient: Microsoft Office and Adobe Professional. • Proficiency in AutoCAD a plus.
