We don’t meant to scare you, but the holidays are closer than you think. You’ve waited all year for this, don’t leave your dessert to chance. Because the only thing scarier than a haunted house is showing up to the table with no Caroline’s Cakes on it.

The holidays are here and we're excited to be a part of your traditions!

A great cake does more than end the meal. It gives everyone a reason to gather around the table, to linger, and to say “I’ll have just one more slice.” It’s the part of Thanksgiving your guests will tell you about the next time you see them.

Trick or treat? We packed both. 🎃 👻 🍰 🧙
Twelve Caramel Cake Bites: dense yellow cake, our signature Caramel Icing and a white chocolate shell. Twelve Sinfully Chocolate: rich chocolate cake and ganache, dipped in dark chocolate. Each one wears a little royal icing costume: a jack-o’-lantern, a witch, a ghost or a black cat.
Set them out at the Halloween party, leave them on a neighbor’s porch or hide a few for yourself. They travel beautifully and arrive in our signature yellow gift box, so they’re gift-ready the minute they land.
Limited edition, and gone after Halloween.

Some flavors are worth waiting for. 🍂

Our 7-Layer Pumpkin and Sweet Potato Cake are back at the table for the season: seven tender pumpkin layers under a cream cheese frosting, and a Sweet Potato Cake that’s been a bestseller every fall it’s come home.

They’re only here for a little while, so swipe through, pick your favorite, and tell us which one is going on your table first.

I had a very special guest baker help make some caramel cakes today! Always fun to show my daughters the business that their grandmother started and built. There is so much family history at and I love passing on the traditions that I grew up with and sharing the amazing stories of their grandmother and her cake community!
