We had some serious weather this morning. Unfortunately the next wave will be door knocking roofers offering "free storm inspections", usually from out of town.

There are plenty of quality companies that can help you. We would love to be one of them. Here are some simple tips:
1. Never let anyone climb on your roof unless you reached out and set the appointment.
2. The ONLY reason to climb on the roof is to identify the source of an active leak or do an actual repair/tarp - any quality company can conduct a thorough, professional assessment with a drone.
3. EVERY time someone climbs on your roof, some amount of damage is done. And if the person on your roof is not on the up and up, some intentional damage could occur.
