We are looking to fill a full time position in our growing wood products business. We are looking for an experienced equipment operator. The ideal candidate will have prior wheel loader operating experience and a willingness to learn other equipment to fill varying needs in the company as our production requirements change. We are a full time year round wood grinding and chipping business. Overtime available. Starting pay is $15.25/hour minimum. We offer flexible work arrangements and paid holidays. Start time is 7am or 8am everyday.
This position requires constant loading and unloading of a roll-off truck. Candidate must be able to load containers on and off the truck while maneuvering the vehicle. All pickup locations are located within 15 miles of the drop off.
Candidate must be adaptable. Sometimes you will be asked to do other tasks such as running small machinery. Training will be provided.
Great position for a self-starter. If the hauls are made with no problems, then you will rarely have to talk to a supervisor.
This is a fast-paced position. Employee assessments are done based on delivery times and frequency. There are daily goals that must be met.
It helps greatly if you are organized because there are numerous locations to memorize and communicate with about containers.
Must show good decision making. Sometimes you will have to work out a problem at a mill. Personal safety and vehicle care are paramount.
Cab conditions are responsibility of the driver. Truck must be washed down every day by the driver. Trucks are maintenance by business owner.
No overtime.

This image is reminiscent of a time early in our history consisting of long hours night after night to keep up with demand. We have been blessed with excellent employees, great equipment, and phenomenal customers! We have been busier than expected and we are grateful to be working long hours under lights!
