💜 Friday Reflection 💜

As I prepare to head home this weekend, I've been reflecting on these past three weeks here in my hometown of Eastbourne.

They haven't been easy, but they have been incredibly special.

I've had precious time with my sister and my niece. We've cleaned our mother's home as we prepare to put it on the market, surrounded by memories of Mum and the life she lived.🪶

I've trusted spirit, and have taken each day as it came with lessons, guidance and growth. Most importantly....Love

And through all of it, there has still been so much to be thankful for.

Feathers on the ground and floating through the sky. 🪶
A robin appearing only minutes after I asked for one. ❤️
A rather chatty pigeon that felt as though it had come just to have a conversation with me. 🕊️
Time with family. Laughter. Tears. Memories. And moments I know I will carry home with me.

Sometimes life can hold sadness, uncertainty, gratitude, and joy all at the same time.

Grateful for all of it. 💜

Today I decided to ask for a very specific sign.

I simply asked my angels:

**“Please show me a robin.”**

About ten minutes later, I looked out into the garden...

There was a robin. ❤️

So today, try it for yourself.

Ask your angels for a sign, something specific that would be meaningful to you and then go about your day without searching for it.

You might be surprised by what appears. 🪽

🕊️ Sometimes an encounter just feels different...

Today my niece and I visited St Mary's Church in Westham, England, a beautiful old church with nearly a thousand years of history.

As we approached the church, this little pigeon appeared and began cooing and chattering away at us as though it had something to say. I stood there talking back to it, of course. 😂

But there was something about the encounter that felt different to me. Almost like a little visitation.

Then I walked inside the church...

And there were two more pigeons sitting together above the church door. 🕊️🕊️

I don't always need to understand these moments or give them a meaning. Sometimes I simply notice them, feel them, and say thank you.

And this was one of those moments. 💜

🌺 Spirit Animal Tuesday — The Hummingbird 🌺

Tiny but incredibly strong, the hummingbird carries a beautiful message of joy, resilience, and appreciation for the sweetness of life.

A hummingbird doesn't stay in one place for long. It moves from flower to flower, seeking what nourishes it and leaving behind what no longer does.

Perhaps there is a lesson in that for us.

Life will always have difficult moments, but they don't have to take away our ability to experience joy.

Notice what makes you smile.
Spend time with people who lift your spirit.
Do more of what makes you feel alive.
And don't overlook the little moments of sweetness along the way.

The hummingbird reminds us that even the smallest moments of joy can bring lightness to our hearts. 🪶

Here we are, the last day of August.

Before we rush into a new month, perhaps today is simply a chance to acknowledge the month we've just lived.

Maybe August brought laughter and beautiful memories. Maybe it brought challenges you didn't expect. Perhaps it was a little of both.

Not every month needs to be measured by what we accomplished or whether everything went according to plan.

Sometimes simply living through it changes us.

So as this new week begins, don't worry about finishing August perfectly.

Take what mattered.
Leave room for what September may bring.
And remember, you don't have to have the next chapter figured out before you turn the page. 💜
