To builders who are loosing CoConstruct...

RessioSoftware has been excellent for my company since we signed up, roughly 1.5 years ago. Highly recommend you take a look at it at least.

Plumbing rough-in is complete on this barndominium build. HVAC starts tomorrow.

The framing is clean, windows are set, and the covered porch framing is looking sharp against the Black Hills backdrop.

We're on schedule and the next few weeks will move fast.

This pipe here is a sleeve for the water line. It is installed before the concrete footings so that it is below frost depth. This allows the concrete to be poured and then the utilities to be ran after the fact.
