Dave and his team did an outstanding job encapsulating my crawlspace. The elements were not in their favor—a full week of negative wind chills followed by 10 inches of snow—and they still powered through. They removed debris, dirt, and several obstructions, and now my crawlspace is clean, sealed, and better than it’s ever been. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication.

Dave is great to do business with. He explains the encapsulation process including both the how and why. The crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. They were always happy to give a progress update and answer questions. Dave personally inspects the finished work and makes sure any deficiencies are corrected. I was very pleased!

This was a nasty problem during difficult weather, but all the mold, bad timbers, nonworking dehumidifier, wet insulation has been taken care of and a mold free interior with new timbers now is in place. Thanks to the Crawl Doctor and a great crew of medics!

Would totally recommend this group only one small issue and quick text and it was resolved. They also went way beyond what was expected on several items. And left the yard clean. Price is also the best in the area. You will not be disappointed.
