A little project at Parklawn Apartments on Park Ave. Negatively pitched sidewalks towards the building have wreak havoc on some of the foundation so we made some repairs, waterproofed some walls, properly pitched the sidewalks away from the building, at some drains, regraded the property on a few sides and walla, all better now!

Cricket in Geneseo called and said there sewer was draining slow. The contractors who did the buildout didn’t install the Toilet Fl**ge properly and pushed the Knock Out Plug down the drain. Always have a Trained Professional check your sewers before opening.
