Homeowner wanted a usable backyard for the grandkids to play. So that's what we did: a 120x40 yard with a 125ft wall to retain the native slope so they can still drive around and access the other side of the property. We also put in a new access road down the property line so they can access their backyard without having to drive through the neighbors'. A sprinkler system and sod will be installed in the spring.
