JEM Construction is seeking a self motivated, reliable remodeling expert with diverse construction skills. We specialize in all forms of residential remodel and the occasional commercial project. There is no lack of new challenges and exciting projects to take on. We are a small company looking to expand so we have positions to fill and many opportunities available as we grow. We like to get things done and have a good time doing it. We take pride in the quality and speed of work we do, and you should too.
We work 10 hour days (Mon-Thur) so that every weekend is a three day weekend. Typically starting at 7 AM and ending at 5:30 or 6 PM. Pay is determined by previous experience ranging from $17 -$30 an hour. There is always the opportunity to earn more as you learn more and demonstrate proficiency. We do offer PTO (40 hrs worked = 1 hr PTO) and Gas Mileage Reimbursement. The job locations can vary daily around the Spokane Valley area. We do work in the Spokane and North Idaho region.
You should apply if you:
Have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Have 2+ years remodeling/construction experience
Can provide/follow detailed directions
Can adapt to changing situations daily
Like to challenge yourself and aren’t afraid to fail or ask questions
Are honest, reliable, and timely
Are personable and customer service oriented
Can lift a minimum of 80 lbs, can walk up/down stairs, kneel, walk on uneven ground.
