This project included expanding the garage, building a fully custom auxiliary dwelling unit (ADU) with a deck above, and adding a sunroom that transformed a small exterior patio into usable living space. Thoughtful planning and quality construction made all the difference.

These clients found us through our website and purchased a condo before ever living here. They needed a builder they could trust — eyes, ears, and boots on the ground while they navigated everything from afar.

We completely gutted this three-story home (plus basement) and added significant new structural elements to bring their vision to life. One of the biggest decisions? Removing the elevator to open up the top floor and capture unbeatable views of the Spokane River — and trust us, the location simply can’t be beat.

This client had the ultimate backdrop—the Spokane River—and wanted a backyard designed for entertaining and soaking in the view. We teamed up with Alderwood Landscaping, and their design knocked it out of the park.

From a putting green to outdoor living spaces, this backyard is now the perfect place to gather, relax, and enjoy everything we love about the Inland Northwest. 🌲🏌️‍♂️🍷
