The Landscape Company (TLC) is seeking a landscape maintenance crew lead. Eligible candidates must have 3 plus years experience in commercial mowing. Must be able to lead a crew of 3 to 5 employees. Will be expected to stay on schedule while maintaining a high standard of quality. Candidates MUST have a valid drivers license. Compensation is $17 to $19 per hour depending on experience.

• Irrigation/Sprinkler Installs
• Planting, Grading, Laying Sod, Etc.

Applicants must be able to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 50lbs. Must work well with others and be able to take and follow directions. Must be hard working and reliable. Must have reliable transportation.
Compensation: $15.00-$20.00/hr. DOE

• Irrigation/Sprinkler Installs
• Equipment Operation (Skid Steer, Mini Ex, Pipe Puller, Trencher, Etc.)
• Planting, Grading, Laying Sod, Etc.

Applicants must be able to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 50lbs. Must work well with others and be able to lead a crew of 5+ employees with varying degrees of experience. Must be hard working and reliable. Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record. Must have reliable transportation.
Compensation: $23-$28/hr. Depending on Experience
