Job Description:
The Landscape Construction Foreman is responsible for installation and management of various landscape construction projects. This includes but is not limited to; irrigation, site work, planting, hardscapes and site amenities. They are responsible to complete many different types of landscape construction projects within the parameters given in a timely and efficient manner.

Basic / Essential Functions:
• Direct activities on the jobsite including but not limited to project planning, coordinating workflow, material procurement, hands on work, training and operating various types of landscape and construction tools and equipment.
• Able to work in an environment that requires physical labor.
• Able to lift and move up to 70lb.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and types of terrain.
• Manage on-site personnel effectively and efficiently.
• Communicating project requirements and goals with the crew members and customers.
• Monitor and check all tools and equipment to be used on the project for needed maintenance and report.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment in a clean and organized manner for both safety and efficiency.
• Always maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
• Perform any other duties assigned effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to implement technology to aid in time tracking and project efficiency.
• Ability to read and understand basic landscape design plans (blueprints).
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Supervise and manage a Landscape Construction crew.
• Ensures that all crew members utilize (PPE) Personal Protective Equipment.
• Ensures that all tools and equipment safety measures are followed.
• Ensures that all federal and company rules and policies are adhered to.
• Interacts with the customer, designer, salesperson, estimator and other contractors to help ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supervises all crew members while performing work to ensure work is being done correctly and efficiently.
• Communicates well with crew members, manager, other employees and the customer.
• Reports for work on time and ready.
• Is dependable and responsible.
• Follows direction from their manager or ownership.
• Strives to improve their own skills within the industry.
• Track and record time, material and equipment used on the jobsite daily using computer aided technology.
• Train members on your crew as to what is the best practices of installation based on industry and company standards.

The Landscape Maintenance Laborer reports to their assigned supervisor and is responsible for various landscape tasks. You are responsible to complete these tasks within the parameters given in a timely and efficient manner.

Basic / Essential Functions:
• Able to work in an environment that requires the use of physical labor
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lb.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to use various hand tools required for the position hired.
• Understands project requirements and goals explained by the Foreman.
• Perform duties assigned by the Foreman effectively and efficiently.
• Is dependable and responsible.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Utilize (PPE) Personal Protective Equipment.
• Communicates well with crew members, Foreman and management.
• Reports for work on time and ready.

Landscape Construction Lead Person needed. Must have experience in Hardscapes in building retaining walls and installing pavers, Irrigation, and general landscaping with 2-3 years as Landscape Lead Person. Must have a Drivers's License. Pay $18.00 - $21.00 + Benefits DOE.
