We are booking our Lawn Aerations and Thatching appointments now! If you didn't know, some of the benefits of Aerations are:

-Reduces soil compaction (especially if you have 🐕's running on your lawn)
-Allows crucial oxygen to reach grass roots
-Increases absorption of fertilizer treatments
-Reduces fungal or moss growth by allowing water to drain to the soil layers

Lawn thatching benefits are:

-Removes dead and dying growth in your lawn
-Allows new grass growth to germinate properly
-Pulls out Bent Grass (That plushy, brown, creeping grass that grows along the bottom of your lawn)
-Aids in avoiding fungal or pest problems by removing the thatch layer that traps moisture in below your lawn.
