They work in this field everyday, but can they name the parts we use daily?
We handed a few random HVAC parts to Tom, a veteran tech here at Holliday… and he identified every single part instantly.
Then we brought the same parts to a few of our CSR team members to see if they knew what they were 😂
Let’s just say… Being a CSR or a Technician are two very different skill sets. 👏
