Are you looking for a full-time opportunity in construction, renovation, and landscaping? Do you love working for a LGBTQ+ Company? We are hiring for Construction Associates and Laborers with a real passion for working with their hands to positively impact home renovation and construction projects in the Spokane area.

Construction Associates perform a wide range of tasks from very easy to potentially hazardous. Many of the jobs are very physically demanding and require training and experience; much of the training is provided by our knowledgeable Project Managers on site, but prior experience is preferred. Some of our associates specialize in specific types of construction and renovation work, however most are generalists who perform many different tasks during all stages of construction.

To perform effectively, Construction Associates should at least be familiar with the duties of other skilled trades professionals, as well as with the materials, tools, and machinery used. All workers are part of our teams, and will jointly carry out assigned construction and renovation tasks. Some experience and training in construction and renovation is necessary, however Paragon CC&D provides extensive on-site training to ensure our associates provide the highest quality work for our clientele.

We’re looking for motivated individuals looking to grow with a company who have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to both coach others well and receive coaching. We need individuals with at least 2 years experience in residential renovation, construction, and/or general contracting.
