Big congratulations to Spokane International Airport on the completion of the Concourse C Expansion Project! ✈️

We loved seeing our CEO, Brooke Baker Spink, serve as the MC for such an exciting milestone for the Inland Northwest. This transformational project represents the first completed phase of the Airport’s Terminal Renovation and Expansion (TREX) Program and will help shape the future of travel in our region for generations to come.

From expanded accessibility and modern passenger amenities to locally inspired finishes and new dining experiences, this project is a huge step forward for Spokane and the communities we serve. We’re proud to celebrate the partnerships, vision, and collaboration that continue to move our region forward.

Big conversations about Spokane’s future at the annual One AEC Developers Panel

Our CEO, Brooke Baker Spink, joined Dave Giordano with DCI Engineers , Kevin Edwards of Hawkins Edwards, and Jordan Tampien of 4 Degrees for a conversation centered around growth, development, and the future of building in Spokane.

One theme came up again and again: get involved EARLY.

From collaboration and communication to planning and problem-solving, the panel highlighted how early partnership between owners, developers, architects, and contractors leads to stronger projects and better outcomes for our community.

Three years in a row and we’re just getting started!

We’re proud to announce that we have once again been recognized as an Accredited Quality Contractor (AQC) by ABC National for the third consecutive year.

This recognition celebrates companies that lead the industry in safety, quality, workforce development, leadership, and culture, and one of the biggest reasons we’ve earned it is because of the people behind the hard hats.

A huge shoutout to our Director of Safety & Risk Management, Kyle McManus, and every single employee, superintendent, project manager, trade partner, and team member who helps make safety part of our culture every day.

At Baker, safety isn’t a checklist. It’s making sure everyone goes home every night with the same number of limbs they showed up with 😅

From jobsite planning and training to accountability and looking out for one another, this recognition belongs to the entire team that continues to raise the bar year after year.
