🏈 Super Bowl’s almost here… is your kitchen ready?

This kitchen refresh gave this family the space and storage they were missing. From Super Bowl Sunday, Easter brunch, graduation parties, and the holidays later this year… there’s a lot of life ahead.

Check out the garage conversion on this home, turning what used to be storage space into a fully legal bedroom.

With the kids getting older, the family needed more room and instead of moving, they decided to make the most of the space they already had. This gave them not just extra living space, but also added equity by turning the house into a true 4-bedroom.

We reframed the entire area to meet code and allow for proper insulation, added all new drywall, electrical, flooring, trim, and a big closet. We also built a hallway to separate the bedroom from the rest of the garage, one of those things that’s easy to overlook but critical when it comes to meeting building code for a legal bedroom.

We tied the finishes into the existing home but added a few modern touches to give it a fresh feel.
This was a fun one to bring to life, always cool to see what a space can become.

We love how the large-format wall tile creates a sleek backdrop, making the details pop without feeling busy. Add in the glass enclosure and natural light from the window, and you've got a space that feels open, bright, and high-end.

This 2,200 sq ft basement remodel is a perfect example of that.

The homeowners had a clear vision: they wanted this space to reflect who they are and what they love. So we built a custom library to display their collection of valuable and sentimental books — something that would be both beautiful and functional.

We also created a craft and gun room with the same clean, cohesive look — complete with a wraparound countertop and storage to match the rest of the space.

As part of a full ADU build on Spokane’s South Hill, this laundry room began as a dirt-floor basement with exposed stone walls and untouched potential.

From the very beginning, these homeowners were clear: they wanted to honor the original charm of the house and match what they had upstairs. That meant keeping the wood trim, preserving character wherever possible, and letting the home’s story shine through.

One major design anchor? The original chimney. Structurally, it had to stay—but it also became the heart of the room, adding warmth and authenticity to a brand-new space.
