As a job gets close to wrapping up, we run what we call a punch list. We get as many eyes as we possibly can on the home at every angle, every corner, and every room, to find every little thing that needs to be fixed or finished. So we can deliver a perfect house to our customer. That's the Spartan way!

We're putting a golf simulator in the basement of this Lake Anna home. 🙏

These are 10 foot walls down here, and for the simulator part, we're going down another foot to make sure there's plenty of clearance for swinging.

One thing we do differently at Spartan is we are very transparent with our pricing and we try to pass maximum savings to our clients.

Some builders pad their price to account for possible changes in costs like materials. Which is fine! It's just not how we do it.

We rather you get the lowest possible price up front. Our escalation clause basically says if a material cost increases during the build process but it's less than 3%, we'll cover it. But if it exceeds 3%, you (the client) pay the difference.

So, we always recommend putting aside 2% of the build price just in case!
