Ac Unit not working like it used to? Ac Unit freezing up? Electric bills higher than normal? Might have a dirty evaporator coil or fan housing full of mildew. Need emergency same day replacement? Don’t be a victim of carbon monoxide poisoning! Heat exchangers where leaking carbon monoxide, due to cracks in heat exchanger. This is why heating maintenance is important along with carbon monoxide detectors. Feel free to shoot us a holler anytime for heating maintenance or replacement. Don’t forget to change your filters this week before the artic blast coming to Texas! 😂 Especially with gas furnaces, will help prevent them from high temp lockouts.
Also if your heat pumps are struggling or temps drops below 25/30 degrees don’t forget to turn on your emergency heat at the thermostat some thermostats will automatically kick them in. Heat pumps struggle to produce heat when temps dip below 30 and emergency heat may be needed to help heat house. Stay warm and if you need help feel free to give us a call anytime 24/7 210-391-2751
