The side view of the Lincoln investment building, the built in trough is complete, the port holes need to be fabricated out of 20 oz copper. Front and back wall need counter flashing.

The port holes are done in front, there is 8 more that are on the side. Counter flashing with copper on the opposite side of the wall. Counter flashing done in the front. Starting to look real good.

We are a little over half way, with the built in gutter, After the gutter we are stripping the slate and repairing any wood, there is a built in trough on the inside wall. There is a lot of copper hand fabrication before slate can be ran.

Started the Job in the Hanover square. 8 sections of scaffolding, 8 stories, the scaffolding wraps around the building. The port hole section of copper are being fabricated and will go up next. Making nice progress.

Installed a solar star all slates have to be hand picked with a slate hammer.

Fairfield Monastery is making progress on the refractory building, it’s looking really good, beside the refractory building is the recreation building, we finished that last year.

When the valley metal is no good anymore, there is a lot of work taking the old valley out and putting the new valley in. But there is no fast way of doing the job. It is vary expensive, some people don’t understand why. Average cost is 200 to 300 dollars a ft.

Finalized the deal to restore the built in gutter, also there is 35 port holes will be reset faced with 20oz copper, then the back section of the roof will also be replaced.
