We are wrapped up with the framing portion of this deck and will soon be installing on a portion of this deck and then the boards. Take a look at some of the beefy beams we installed per the engineered drawings on this one. Never had to do a quad 2x10 beam before.

We are a family owned construction company located in Southern York County. We started as a small part of From The Ground Up but as our customer needs grew and our depth of skilled employees followed, we decided it was time to split off and create a sister company. With the same expectation for quality and the same drive for perfection, we continue to grow. From excavation to interior remodeling, there isn't a construction task we cannot handle.

So why Chilcoat & Son's? Well not only do Samantha Chilcoat and I, Trey Chilcoat, wish that our three sons or one daughter take over our business ventures one day, we also work very closely with my father and his business. So with two generations of Chilcoats working closely on a daily basis, we felt it was only fitting to have the name mirror our biggest value in life, family.
