⚡️ This ones for the ladies out there! Women belong in the electrical field. And we’re proud to have some damn good ones. ⚡️

Today, I was reminded that unfortunately, some people still see a woman in an electrician’s uniform and assume she can’t do the job.

One of our customers turned away one of our female electricians simply because she was a woman.

What they didn’t know? She has 16 YEARS of electrical experience under her belt. She is incredibly knowledgeable, hardworking, and absolutely amazing out in the field. She can troubleshoot, install, problem-solve, and get the job done just as well as anyone else on our team. 💪⚡️

But when we talk about the amazing women at Faulkner Electric, we can’t forget the women behind the scenes, either.
Our office team is a HUGE part of what keeps this company moving. They’re the ones answering the phones, coordinating crews, scheduling jobs, communicating with customers, keeping projects organized, handling the paperwork, and making sure our electricians have what they need to keep the jobs moving. 📞📅💻

You might not see them climbing into attics or pulling wire, but without them, those jobs wouldn’t be moving nearly as smoothly.

Every woman on our team brings something important to the table—whether she’s carrying a tool bag or carrying the schedule. 😉

At Faulkner Electric, we don’t measure our people by whether they’re men or women. We measure them by their knowledge, experience, work ethic, professionalism, and ability to get the job done right.
