At Faulkner Electric, we're fortunate to have amazing people behind the scenes who help keep everything running smoothly, and Michelle is one of them.

As our Office Manager, Michelle handles phone calls, scheduling, customer communication, and countless day-to-day tasks that keep our team organized and our customers taken care of. Whether she's coordinating schedules or helping solve problems, she does it all with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude.

Michelle is also bilingual, allowing her to better serve and connect with members of our community. Her ability to communicate with a wider range of customers helps ensure everyone feels welcomed and supported.

Beyond her work at Faulkner Electric, Michelle is passionate about serving our community and is currently running for School Board. Her commitment to helping others extends far beyond the office, and we're proud to support someone who is dedicated to making a positive difference both professionally and personally.

We're incredibly grateful for everything Michelle does each day. Her hard work, dedication, and caring nature help keep our world a little more peaceful and our business running strong.

🔥 Employee Highlight: Marcus 🔥

Today’s employee spotlight goes to Marcus! He’s been putting in the work where most people don’t want to go.

While Florida is serving up its usual summer heat, Marcus spent part of his day doing what electricians know all too well… attic crawling. Hot, cramped, dusty, and definitely not glamorous.

These are the moments customers don’t always see: navigating tight spaces, working safely in extreme temperatures, and making sure every detail is handled with care.

We’re proud of the hard work and dedication our crew shows every day, and today Marcus earned a little extra recognition for tackling one of the toughest office spaces in the business — the attic. ☀️⚡
