This past week PVBR finished up a larger project that’s been underway, a full restoration of a MONSTER deck coming in at just over 1750sqft.

What was originally supposed to be a deck surface remove and replace, turned into a 70% reframe and a full surface replacement on top. After removing just shy of 11,000lbs of rotted wood, PVBR hit the ground running, completely restoring this deck in just 8 business days.

All lumber used in this job was marine grade pressure treated, fastened down with coated exterior deck screws. The customer was overjoyed to have their spacious custom deck back and safe again, and PVBR was happy to be a part of this very intricate project.

Yesterday PVBR finalized this project for a return customer who was looking to maximize their office space, while not using up any more open space.

Previously, the customer had shown many trophy’s and memorabilia from their long family history in the United States Armed Forces, and wanted to be able to display them in an organized and put together fashion.

With help from American Eagle Woodworks, this built in shelving display was designed, produced, and installed to perfection, leaving the customer overjoyed and pleased with the finished product. PVBR was lucky enough to return to site to see the unit fully decked out with helmets, challenge coins, family photos, model planes, and more.

We are proud here at PVBR for making another customer’s vision come to life, and we are always honored to give back to those who gave everything for the great country we live in!

Eaaaasing into the weekend in Brooksville this morning…

While waiting for some pricing regarding a double mahogany front door replacement, this customer inquired about the installation of a day bed swing on her covered back patio. Per usual, we were more than happy to be of service!

We assembled the 40” x 80” day bed, fastened it to roof trusses using 500lb rated hardware, and then tested it out for a mid morning nap on site!
Just kidding…

Spotlight time! This beautiful Spring Hill home got a full makeover these past few months, featuring all new interior finishes with a handful of key exterior upgrades.

On the inside, this home received new LVP flooring, 5 1/4” baseboard, interior shaker doors, new cabinetry in the kitchen and both bathrooms, granite countertops, and the addition of a third bedroom. Both bathrooms have been fully renovated with modern tile selections and tasteful finishes. The ceilings have been refinished in a knockdown texture and freshly painted, and the entire living area has been opened up to feature an open floor plan.

The exterior recently received a new vinyl sliding glass door, new patio carpet and edging, a new front door, and a new garage fire door.

This customer decided it was time to upgrade from the 90’s era wooden stairway to a more modern, safe, and sturdy aluminum model. Using the same access whole and trim, this replacement slipped right in for a quick and worthwhile replacement!

Today marked the end of a great project for these Spring Hill clients. After compromised tiles and grout lines let water leak into the walls behind the shower, we demolished the existing shower, dried out the wet areas and treated them for mold, and rebuilt their stunning 48sqft master shower!

This shower received a new drain fl**ge and a new shower pan with the perfect amount of pitch towards the central drain. Yoder Flooring & Services installed a beige 12”x24” wall tile and matching 2”x2” floor tiles to resemble the existing tile before the renovation. All plumbing finishes were installed in a brushed nickel finish, to include (2) traditional shower heads, one being handicap accessible, (1) rain shower head, and (3) ADA approved grab bars for accessibility and safety.

We are very pleased with the way this project turned out, and we are headed towards the weekend with yet another overjoyed client.

Yesterday PVBR revisited a previous job to install (2) electric attic fans and gable vents to help filter out hot air buildup in this customers personal car shop!

Having done the siding and truss work in house, this job was quick and easy to retrofit these fans and help keep the customer cool while working on his precious rides!

Looking to maximize your garage space? Need more room for your holiday decorations? Give us a call!

This customer reached out looking to take full advantage of their high garage ceilings. In just three days, PVBR installed a 24’x12’ loft space. All said and done, the customer now has an extra 288sqft of storage space, outfitted with railings and a 400lb capacity, extra large dropdown stairway, ensuring all storage totes will fit comfortably and safely.
