Assist crew with daily lawn and landscape task such as:

Mowing
String Trimming
Blowing off hard surfaces and bed areas
Weeding Bed Areas
Trimming and Pruning
Application of Fertilize and Pre-Emergent
Completely servicing properties on time and correctly

Planting shrubs and trees
Planting Flowers seasonly
Spreading and leveling soils
Building Beds
Edging beds
Drainage solutions
Assisting with irrigation as needed
Assisting with Hardscape as needed

2 years experience preferred, 1 year required

Pay depends on experience

$16-$18 per hr.

Must have 2 years minimum of verifiable experience within a similar field.

Must have a valid Tn Drivers License with no restrictions

Must be able to oversee a 1-4 man crew with minimal supervision while being efficient, observant, and possess the ability to interact with customers as needed.

Plant and tree identification definitely a +.

Irrigation experience a ++

Must be willing to work in the elements, long hours as needed to finish the job.

Must be motivated and maintain a positive attitude in front of customers and other employees

Main job duties would be typical landscape installations such as planting trees and shrubs, laying sod, seeding, drainage solutions, grading, mulching, assisting with maintaining landscapes as needed, etc.

Pay raises are annually, Benefits are an item that can be discussed after one year of service

Looking to hire an experienced crew leader to fill a position in a residential and commercial landscape crew. Must have 2 years verifiable crew lead experience. Must have a valid drivers license. Must be able to communicate professionally with customers and other employees and management. Position is full time and year round. Overtime is always available. Typical week averages 48-56 hours. I do not lay off in the winter.

Benefits after 1 year are:

1 week paid vacation
2 weeks after 2 years

Minimum experience in a crew foreman position. Must be professional and well rounded. Must be able to work well under minimum supervision and be able to manage the crew with you.
