Another happy customer! Thank you Christina & Craig for trusting us to transform your backyard yard.
Great job to the install crew. Brent & Zack as usual knocked it out of the park. The attention to detail, the perfect elevations and drainage corrections will make this install last forever. Good work team. We will clean up and grade the yard, seed and fertilize everything and we are calling for final inspection.

This project is a dry set 1.5" thermal Bluestone walk with a mortared belgium block border . The joints are 3/8"inch. We will use a no compaction joint polymer that will unify the surface when conditions are optimal. This walk will never shift or crack because of how its constructed. We have perfected a dry set install that will stand up to the freeze and thaw cycles we see in the north east. The footer is constructed on a geotextile liner using 8" inches of compacted 3/4" inch clean stone. The bluestone is bedded on a clean 1/4" chip stone. This construction method with the permaedge border stands the test of time. This project was challenging as nothing about the orientation of the house or porches is square. Catching the elevations of the driveway, front door entry and side porch with correct elevations and pitch is why you call us. Will update when finish work is completed.

Demo day!
Old patio coming out! We had to bring out all the tools to get this old pad out. Found a concrete patio under the brick. We never know what we will find! We have had some materials delays but we are still plugging along. Electrician will be out this week to get conduit installed for electrical outlets and the hottub pad. Progress being made! Hoping this time next week we are posting patio pictures.
