This project is a dry set 1.5" thermal Bluestone walk with a mortared belgium block border . The joints are 3/8"inch. We will use a no compaction joint polymer that will unify the surface when conditions are optimal. This walk will never shift or crack because of how its constructed. We have perfected a dry set install that will stand up to the freeze and thaw cycles we see in the north east. The footer is constructed on a geotextile liner using 8" inches of compacted 3/4" inch clean stone. The bluestone is bedded on a clean 1/4" chip stone. This construction method with the permaedge border stands the test of time. This project was challenging as nothing about the orientation of the house or porches is square. Catching the elevations of the driveway, front door entry and side porch with correct elevations and pitch is why you call us. Will update when finish work is completed.

Progress report, patio went in last week. This week progress was slow but finish work and grading is happening next week. Cant wait to post finish pictures. This was a challenging project that will come together like they all do. We changed the design to include a hotub pad in the corner, all the conduit and electrical is pre installed ready for the tub install. We also added a French drain at the edge of the patio/base of wall to protect our patio and ensure the area always stays dry. No project is to challenging for our team.

Demo day!
Old patio coming out! We had to bring out all the tools to get this old pad out. Found a concrete patio under the brick. We never know what we will find! We have had some materials delays but we are still plugging along. Electrician will be out this week to get conduit installed for electrical outlets and the hottub pad. Progress being made! Hoping this time next week we are posting patio pictures.

Stopped by to provide an estimate for a customer this morning and had a laugh. I met a horse, a couple of camels, fed a baby goat and said hi to a giant sheep and a couple of mini donkeys.. Looking for something fun to do with family or friends check out Rose Bridge Farm in Dresher. Fyi they have goat yoga, baby goat feedings & cuddling!
