So this little job required a whole bunch of things including plumbing to move a heat line and some electrical work. The want from us was to open up part of the closet to the room to make the room a little bigger. We pieced in the hardwood and made it all look seamless.

It stinks for the homeowners when the contractor prior didn't know what he was doing. An incorrect toilet installation left these homeowners with a soft floor due to rot. It was a big mess, I unfortunately missed a couple of the build photos on this one. The homeowners picked out some new flooring and we rebuilt the bathroom floor and had our plumber reinstall the fixtures.The bathroom is back to normal and everyone is happy again.

Just wrapped up this beauty. A few months ago we wrapped up our last addition, the homeowners wanted a deck to replace the large patio they previously had. Its an 18x20 TimberTech deck and rails. When our customers start the deck process we go over needs and wants and a budget while these decks can be costly in materials the 25 year warranty is a nice comfort in knowing the product will last a long time in the elements outside. We just wrapped up a big project. We painted a large master bedroom, took out all the carpets and baseboard. Then we ran hardwood floors all throughout the upstairs and made transitions to all the bedrooms, along with new taller upgraded baseboards. The kind of wood is Tigerwood 🐅 and the homeowners are thrilled! In a day where everyone seems to choose LVP flooring it was nice to get the hardwood floor nailer going again!

We put in an 8ft slider in this client's house a few years ago. They recently got a small dog and asked if we could alter the opening somehow to accommodate a dog door. Harvey is a top of the line product that we use and all their tracks line up. We used the 8 foot track and built a custom section in the track, for a dog door in it. Best part is the opening is still there for the original doors to go back one day.

Entire Condo renovation. Unfortunately this customer lives under his neighbor where the hot water heater blew up while everyone was at work. Mostly all the drywall needed to be replaced along with insulation, floors a Kitchen, a Bathroom, all new trim and doors.
