Fine Grade Crew Positions
We're also hiring experienced:
* Motor Grader Operators
* GPS Dozer Operators
* Excavator Operators
* Pan Operators
* Grade Foremen
* Roller operator
* Haul truck operators
* Skid steerer operators
Experience with the following is preferred:
* Reading construction plans
* Operating equipment
* Reading and shooting grade
* Setting grade stakes
* Preparing roadways, parking lots, and subgrade
* Setting curb and stone
* GPS machine control (Topcon preferred but not required)
* Keeping projects on schedule
What We're Looking For
✔ Positive attitude�✔ Strong work ethic�✔ Team player with good communication skills�✔ Commitment to safety�✔ Willingness to learn and lead�✔ Ability to read grade & operate lasers�✔ Experience with GPS machine control �✔ Takes ownership and responsibility for their work
All heavy equipment operators are expected to perform daily equipment inspections before operating their machines.
