Curb Appeal!!

This old wooden crawl space door was removed and the opening was filled in with new concrete block. Andy did a great job tying new in with the old. Andy also started the demolition of a no longer in use chimney at this same project.

Kernstruction completed a small siding repair today. This homes vinyl siding was so badly faded the client has arranged to have the entire home painted. This made replacing the damaged siding a much easier process since it will all be getting a fresh coat of paint.

Kernstruction added this small roof structure to an existing clients' house. The design gave it a completely different look and offers shelter from the weather. Overall, a much more welcoming front entrance in a short amount of time!
