📍 Must be taken at a Beaver Creek Wetlands Association park or preserve
🌸🍂☀️❄️ We’re looking for photos from all four seasons
🦋🌱🌅 Plants, wildlife, landscapes, and more are welcome — a variety of subjects and perspectives is encouraged

The endangered Monarch Butterfly and what you can do to help them -

Plant Milkw**d, their only host plant. This includes Common Milkw**d for larger areas, Swamp Milkw**d for wet soils, and Butterfly Milkw**d for drier places.

Plant Blue Mistflower, Joe Pye W**d, Ironw**d, Cutleaf Coneflower, Late Boneset and other native perennials for nectaring sources.

Native prairie is the best way to rebuild soil quickly. I've witnessed prairie seedings transform compacted subsoil clay left after development into healthy, living soils. Prairies can thrive in any condition and often the poor soils give rise to the best prairies.
