We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented assistant with excellent customer service skills who can work in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to multitask and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. We will train the right candidate!

Key responsibilities include:
• Scheduling appointments
• Handling incoming calls
• Maintaining records and filing systems
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciling bank statements
• Assisting with payroll
