❄️ ⛄️ Stay weather aware, friends! We are expecting a hard freeze and possibly freezing rain/sleet this weekend . This means you’ll want to be sure all your pipes are wrapped and it’s probably best to stay in Saturday and Sunday!

Wouldn’t be a bad idea to make sure you have a generator and fuel ⛽️ at the ready!

A cart full of plumbing supplies…

Last time we had a bad freeze, many of us in the home repair business were not able to get supplies (at least not easily due to extraordinarily long lines and a dwindling supply of parts) in order to be able to help those in desperate need. In an effort to not be taken by surprise a second time, we took some time this week to shore up our stock of plumbing supplies so that we may be able to answer the call for help if/when it comes this week after things begin to thaw.

We urge all of you to take time today to thoroughly cover all of your exterior and attic pipes!

Tis’ the season for replacing busted sprinkler PVB valves!

These valves are not cheap! To help my customers avoid replacing them in the future I include an extra shut off at the bottom and two drains on each side to easily and fully drain the PVB valve for the winter time. Check it out 👇👇
