Since moving into commercial pool construction it's very surprising the difference from residential. One of the big ones is we have to follow the pool building codes. We are subject to inspections from cities and counties. And I've been going through this process for a year. It's very evident a lot of residential pool builders don't care about their craftsmanship then they do making money. So when picking a residential pool builder, do your homework. Is the electrician licensed? Is the plumber licensed? Are the people overseeing the construction certified? There's a lot of questions that should be asked where you're spending the kind of money that is needed to get a modern-day pool.
