Today/Tonight into tomorrow is our guess for most frozen lines. OUR GOAL IS ZERO but there are people who haven’t seen this post- or who saw it and forgot to act!

Hey friends and neighbors!

We had a client with a frozen pipe overnight last night. The real problem time is going to be overnight tonight, into tomorrow and overnight Monday. It is not forecasted to get above freezing tomorrow - in combo with a cold night on either side of a frozen day- that’s a pretty good frozen pipe recipe. It’s also forecasted to be cloudy tomorrow so there won’t be sun to help. Please keep your faucets dripping and cabinets open- especially if you are prone to freezing! Remember, slow drip on cold then add hot until it creates a stream. If you have toilets or showers near exterior walls, since you can’t leave those dripping, get up and run them for a second or two every 2-3 hours. If you have any questions please reach out!
