This back patio received a complete outdoor living upgrade designed for both function and relaxation.

We extended the existing patio to create a larger, more usable entertaining space and installed a beautiful covered roof to provide shade and protection from the elements. To give the project a clean, finished appearance, we relocated the gutter system and rerouted the irrigation line to accommodate the new layout.

The entire deck was finished with premium Trex® composite decking, providing a low-maintenance, long-lasting surface that will look great for years to come.

To top it off, we added a side sunning deck specifically for the homeowners’ dog, creating the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sunshine while staying connected to the main outdoor living area.

The finished result is a seamless extension of the home that combines style, comfort, and practicality—perfect for entertaining, relaxing, and enjoying the outdoors.

Project Highlights:

* Extended existing back patio
* Installed a covered patio roof
* Relocated downspout/gutter system
* Rerouted irrigation line
* Installed Trex composite decking
* Added a dedicated side sunning deck for the family dog

The transformation completely reimagined the backyard into a functional outdoor living space that the whole family—including the four-legged family member—can enjoy!

This project involved transforming an existing deck area into a functional and attractive outdoor living space. We removed a portion of the existing deck and constructed a small retaining wall to create proper elevation and support. A new paver patio was installed to provide a seating area, utilizing premium pavers to create a durable and visually appealing surface.

To enhance the overall design and minimize maintenance, artificial turf was installed, creating a clean transition between the patio and pool area. Additionally, 24” x 24” stepping stones were incorporated into the turf to provide easy access and add a modern touch to the landscape.

The finished project delivers a seamless combination of hardscape and synthetic turf, creating an inviting, low-maintenance outdoor environment that complements the pool and surrounding property.
