What a Great day to be pouring concrete!! We had Orange trucks rolling today!! We are installing this ICF Safe Room in Ozark MO.
It’s kind of a tricky system, the R factor on these are incredible, but these 8’ walls always make me lay awake at night wondering if we forgot anything….we didn’t…And it will withstand anything!! It’s not going anywhere!!
Thanks to both CPO AND ROST for always taking Great care of us!!
I think we are going to start installing more of these!
We are pouring the cap tomorrow, easy peasy!
And then on to the next job!!
We’ve got several Stamp jobs coming up!!
If you can think it we can do it!! 417-894-9177

THIS BIG BEAUTIFUL SHOP FLOOR IS FOR MY GOOD FRIEND KENT MEDLIN!!
This is my/our 8th or 9th project over the years for Kent and Angie, he thinks it’s more than that, that I’ve done over the years for Dr. Medlin. (you will never here me call him that) to me he is my friend “MUDDOG MEDLIN”.
Anytime I’ve ever don’t anything for Kent he is Always right in there helping us! And this time was no exception!! As you’ll see in the pictures if you look close enough! Kent is a top hand!!
We have some good stories on working together, in and out of the concrete.
We once me, and Kent, poured a driveway 9’ wide and 353’ long!! Just me and him. True story, ask him!!
Kent once got himself in a pickle for praying at a Graduation when he was the Superintendent of Willard schools…that’s one of the things I admire about him besides his hard work ethic. He is man of Faith and Fairness, and im Proud to call him my Friend!!
…..ANWAYS…Congratulations on your new shop floor Muddog Medlin!!
Thank you for all your help and I can’t wait for the next project!! He says this is the last one, we’ll see!!

SHOP FLOORS INSTALLED!!
Here’s a 32x44, this will be a stick build.
It has 14”x18” footings with 2 runs of #4 rebar with 2’ overlaps around the perimeter of footing.
Uprights every 4’ in the Footing for our # rebar on 4’ centers (that means squares) in the floor to tie into, and drilled into the 2’ retaining wall we poured to help with water runoff coming off the hillside.
And it has a 6” turndown edge with 3 doors which we slope to keep water from blowing in.
