☀️ A Quick Note About Working in the Summer Heat ☀️

As temperatures continue to climb, we wanted to share a quick reminder with our customers.

If you happen to see one of our roofing crews sitting in the shade, under a tree, or taking a break, please know they aren’t slacking—they’re taking a necessary heat break.

While it may be 90° on the ground, temperatures on a roof can easily reach 140° or higher due to direct sunlight reflecting off the shingles. Roofing is one of the most physically demanding trades, and our crews work hard from early morning until the job is complete.

Taking short breaks to cool down, hydrate, and prevent heat-related illnesses helps keep everyone safe and allows our crews to continue producing the quality workmanship you expect.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prioritize both the safety of our team and the quality of your roof. Thank you for trusting Garrison Roofing & Guttering with your home—we truly appreciate your support! ❤️

This past weekend, we hit pause for a day.

After nearly 2.5 months of nonstop work following the hailstorm, we took our team and their significant others out on the lake for our annual employee lake day. It was a much-needed opportunity to relax, laugh, and spend time together outside of work.

We couldn’t be more thankful for this incredible team. They’ve worked long hours, pushed through challenging conditions, and continued showing up every day to take care of our customers. Their dedication doesn’t go unnoticed, and we’re grateful for each and every one of them.

To our employees—and to their families who have supported them through this busy season—thank you. We appreciate everything you do.
