Job Offer Requirements:
Applicant needs to be experienced in most areas of Residential and Commercial construction and possess quality social skills.
Applicant needs be able to professionally repair or replace: Windows, Doors, Framing, Decks, fencing, minor Electrical, minor Plumbing, cabinetry, roofing, garbage disposals, lavatories, kitchen sinks, sump-pumps, p-traps, sheet rock, paint, stain, caulk, locks, deadbolts, handsets, privacy latches, strike plates, hinge adjustments, brick, mortar, point and tuck, Formica, ceramic, vinyl, VCT, and hardwood flooring. Along with any and all aspects of home and commercial construction.
If you do not have all of the above skills, but have a good part of them, remember we are willing to train the right person.
You must have your own tools.
Applicant must have a stable and verifiable work history.
This is a FULL TIME job offer.
