We were fortunate to be included in this recent remodel project. The panels for this island had to be custom built to allow for an open look, all while hiding the HVAC ducts running through it.
We filled, sanded, caulked, primed and painted to match the new cabinets. It really turned out great and finished an amazing remodel of this older home.

With the recent nice weather we were able to finish up our last big exterior project of the season. This nearly 100 year old home was due for a new paint job. The owners had diligently tried to keep the paint fresh by painting at least every 7 years. However, each time it was just a new coat of paint which did not address the cracking and chipping that would return too soon each time. We took a different approach this time and applied a coat of specialty bonding primer to the entire exterior which fills the cracks, locks down loose edges and essentially “glues” the failing paint. This gives an ideal surface for the new paint and makes sure the job will last much longer. After two coats of paint it’s back to looking great! We were fortunate to be a part of this project and establish a relationship with such great, appreciative homeowners.

We were fortunate to be chosen to do all the painting on this main floor remodel. Everything from floor to ceiling was painted including doors, trim, and cabinet frames. We also refinished the existing woodwork - Cherry to Black - to coordinate with the new floors. A kitchen buffet was also painted to match. Some pictures of the more detailed work below.

This was a remodeled staircase that turned out great with exception of the finish (not done by us). The stain and topcoat were applied incorrectly which left handprints and other imperfections in the finish. Luckily they called us to fix it and we think it looks great now.

Outdated brown to updated white in one day.
With new paint technology and quick dry times, we are able to remove, prep, prime, paint and reinstall windows the same day. No worrying about leaving your home unsecured overnight or longer! We can also do the same with doors. A few examples below.

115 years old and this beautiful home is still standing strong!

This project received a full prime coat of specialty primer and 2 coats of Premium exterior paint on all of the wood surfaces.
After a thorough power wash, we applied a full coat of specialty primer designed for surfaces with old paint that is cracked and peeling which seals the cracks and bonds loose edges to prevent and further peeling. This is especially important on older homes where it is typical for the old oil and lead paints that are usually failed and chipping off as it creates an ideal surface to accept the final two coats of paint to ensure it stands the test of time. We also stripped and refinished the shutters and painted all trim and windows and painted the detached garage.
