Basement door install lake of the ozarks , Rocky point Mo
Old 36”door would no longer shut , frame was rotten at bottom , and some concrete block movement, door was out swinging & 79”
They have condensation drain for ac draining under door , so I reframed opening for 32x80 stock door , removed threshold plate from bottom , and flipped stock door around to swing outward , turned out nice !!
