Big things are happening down in Point Lookout, MO! 🚀 Silvercreek Exteriors LLC is officially on-site at the College of the Ozarks Memorial Hall Renovation, and we are hitting the ground running!

Yesterday, our crews officially kicked off the fourth-floor demolition, stripping away the old to make room for an absolute architectural masterpiece. This historic building has so much character, and we are honored to be trusted with its exterior transformation.

What’s coming next? 🤔👇
The demo clock is ticking, and in approximately 3 weeks, the real magic begins as the brand-new siding starts going up! We aren't just putting any material on these walls—we are combining luxury durability with sleek, modern design.

For this massive showcase, we will be installing:
✅ James Hardie V-Groove Siding – Giving the hall that timeless, high-end, clean-line shadow texture that Hardie is famous for.

We have some massive updates coming out of Silvercreek Exteriors LLC! 🚀

If you’ve stopped by the office lately, you might have noticed things looking a little different. The framing is 100% complete, and our brand-new, state-of-the-art showroom is officially taking shape!

"X" marks the spot! ❌👇 If you look closely at the photos, you'll see where we've marked out the brand-new opening being cut through the wall. This is going to be the official new entry point leading you straight into our lobby and main office section!

To be completely transparent, we took a bit of a delay on our own building over the last few weeks. When that recent hail storm hit our community, our priority immediately shifted to you. Our teams have been working around the clock helping our neighbors get their homes inspected, repaired, and protected. Your roofs and siding will always come before our showroom walls! ❤️🏠

But now, the momentum is back! Products are officially starting to roll through the doors. Over the next couple of weeks, we are going to start installing our premium roofing, siding, and window lines directly onto the display walls so you can see, touch, and experience the quality firsthand before you buy.

Silvercreek Exteriors LLC is officially soon to be on-site in Joplin, Missouri! We are thrilled to be teaming up with one of our awesome General Contractors to deliver a stunning exterior package for a brand-new, modern dental office. 🦷✨

We love collaborating with great partners to bring commercial designs to life, and this build is going to be an absolute showstopper. Our crew is handling a mix of high-end, durable textures, including:
