Congratulations to Evangel University and our team for the opening of their brand new student housing project! The newly dedicated Daryl and Lois Flood Residence Hall at Evangel University is a four-story, 58,000-square-foot facility built to house 224 students marking the campus's first new dormitory construction in 40 years. The building features 116 double occupancy rooms with private bathrooms, alongside single RA rooms and a director’s suite. Each floor is tailored for campus life, offering a first-floor hospitality kitchen, a second-floor game and lounge area, third-floor study, prayer and movie rooms, and a top floor featuring outdoor terraces with elevated views of the campus quad and football stadium. https://www.ky3.com/2026/08/26/evangel-university-dedicates-its-first-new-dorm-40-years/

We are thrilled to celebrate the rebirth of this iconic Midwest landmark in Pittsburg, Kansas. A lot of heart and hard work went into this restoration, and we can’t wait to share the full, dramatic transformation with you very soon.
