Slate work definitely takes patience, precision, and a steady hand… one wrong cut and you’re starting over 😂 Watching a pro make it look easy is always impressive.

🏡🎉 Final Day in Manassas!

We’ve officially reached the last home in this 6-home neighborhood project, and it’s been incredible watching the entire community come together with a fresh, consistent upgrade.

For this final house, we installed a full CertainTeed Integrity Roof System using Landmark Pro shingles in Max Def Colonial Slate. Just like the rest of the neighborhood, this home keeps the same color choice, giving the entire street a clean, unified, and upgraded look from end to end.

From the first home to the last, every roof in this project shares the same Colonial Slate finish — and seeing them all together really shows the impact of consistency and quality craftsmanship.

This home just received a complete roofing upgrade, starting with the removal of the existing cedar shake roof and a full installation of the CertainTeed Integrity Roof System with CertainTeed Landmark Pro Shingles in the stunning Max Def Resawn Shake color—bringing a natural wood look with modern durability and long-lasting protection.

To complete the project, we also installed new XTreme gutter screens to improve water flow and help protect the home from future debris buildup.

🏡✨ Day 5 in Manassas and almost at the finish line!

Home number 5 of this 6-home neighborhood project is now complete, and it’s been exciting to see the entire community coming together with a fresh new look.

For this home, we installed a brand-new roof using CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in Max Def Colonial Slate. One of the coolest parts of this project is that all 6 homeowners chose the same shingle color, creating a clean and coordinated look throughout the neighborhood. It’s not often you get to see an entire section of homes updated with the same style, and the result has been impressive.

Seeing each house completed one after another has really shown how much of a difference a new roof can make, especially when the whole neighborhood shares the same updated look. We’re proud to be part of a project that’s bringing both protection and curb appeal to these homes.

One more house to go, and this transformation will be complete 🔨🙌

🏡✨ Another home completed in Manassas!

Day 4 of this 6-home neighborhood project is in the books, and it’s exciting to see everything coming together so nicely. House number 4 received a brand-new roof with Landmark Pro shingles in the beautiful Max Def Colonial Slate color, giving the home a fresh new look and reliable protection for years to come.

Along with the roof replacement, we also completed:
✔️ New gutter replacement
✔️ Satellite dish removal

Each home in this neighborhood has been getting its own upgrade, and seeing the transformation from one house to the next has been incredibly rewarding. The consistent Colonial Slate color is tying everything together and giving the community a refreshed, cohesive look.

We’re proud to be part of improving these homes and can’t wait to share the final two as we wrap up this project. Stay tuned for more progress! 🔨🙌
