Playtime just got an upgrade at West Central School District’s Biggsville Campus! 🛝🏀

The campus playgrounds have been transformed with improvements designed to create a safer, more accessible, and more enjoyable space for students.

✨ New accessible play equipment replaces outdated equipment and poorly draining rubber mulch areas
🌱 Safe, durable turf surfacing provides a more comfortable play environment
💧 A new subsurface drainage system helps keep play areas usable and dry
🏀 A new adjoining concrete play area provides space for basketball, tetherball, 4-square, and more

The new recreation area also replaces and consolidates a previous concrete play area that was tucked between a parking lot and school drive—creating a much safer and more functional space for students to play, move, and connect.

🎒📚 A little generosity can go a long way!

Our team recently held a school supplies drive to help students across Springfield Public Schools - District 186 start the school year prepared and ready to learn. We’re proud to donate the collected supplies to District 186 and support the students, teachers, and families in our community.

Thank you to everyone on our team who contributed! We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back and help make a difference, one backpack, notebook, and pencil at a time. ✏️❤️

There are some very happy Redbirds enjoying lunchtime in our brand-new cafeteria addition! 🥪🍎🥛 Our students are loving having a beautiful, welcoming space to gather, eat, visit with friends, and enjoy a little extra room at lunchtime. We love seeing the smiles, laughter, and fellowship happening around the tables each day!

This new cafeteria is so much more than a building—it is a place where community is being built, friendships are growing, and memories are being made. ❤️

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who generously donated, prayed, volunteered, and supported this project. Your generosity helped turn a dream into a reality for our students and our school community. We truly could not have done it without you!

🏟️ Progress continues at Southeast High School!

The existing track and athletic fields are getting a boost with the addition of new parking areas at Springfield Public Schools - District 186 Springfield Southeast High School . The expanded parking will provide improved access and additional space for students, athletes, staff, and visitors attending events.

It’s exciting to see the site improvements taking shape and creating a more functional experience for the Southeast community! 💙💛
