I just want to go ahead and say that I want to dote on my mama we talking awful lot about my dad and his ability to teach his voice how to work on things and to be useful to the community and to be a fair and honest to folks who are doing plumbing and HVAC service but the oldest industry in this world realistically and there's a book back this up is sales my mom was just such a good sales person many years at MCI as a telemarketer and working for Avon and a lot of different places she has developed the people's skills for entire life communicate well with others it's really understand what they need and how to get them there and I just want to take a second to say that while my dad has taught me how to fix things that a lot of people have benefited from my mom has taught me how to communicate well and I hope that that's conveyed some of you would have had the pleasure of dealing with chromic services and it's not just John cromer's legacy my mother Carolyn Cromer has helped build this with the rapport that we built with the community and we thank her and we thank you guys too for trusting us
