CODE4 Field Service Group is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a gas pipeline installation project (Kinder Morgan tie-in to power plant) along with other industrial work.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing pipeline installation, excavation, welding, and tie-ins
Overseeing crews, subcontractors, schedule, and budget
Handling permits, environmental compliance, and inspections
Leading safety (JSA/JHA) and maintaining jobsite standards
Coordinating with clients, engineers, and field teams
What we’re looking for:
5+ years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in pipeline, refinery, or power plant construction
Strong experience with underground utilities and tie-ins
Ability to manage fast-paced, multi-scope industrial projects
Must be computer literate (reporting, scheduling, communication, etc.)
Leadership mindset with solid communication skills

Louisiana outage has been added. Need 4 combo welders and 2 mechanical laborer experience as early as 10/17/25 to begin testing. Project scope will be working near and around a turbine, at elevated heights and working on a heat exchanger.
