CODE4 Field Service Group is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a gas pipeline installation project (Kinder Morgan tie-in to power plant) along with other industrial work.
What youβll be doing:
Managing pipeline installation, excavation, welding, and tie-ins
Overseeing crews, subcontractors, schedule, and budget
Handling permits, environmental compliance, and inspections
Leading safety (JSA/JHA) and maintaining jobsite standards
Coordinating with clients, engineers, and field teams
What weβre looking for:
5+ years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in pipeline, refinery, or power plant construction
Strong experience with underground utilities and tie-ins
Ability to manage fast-paced, multi-scope industrial projects
Must be computer literate (reporting, scheduling, communication, etc.)
Leadership mindset with solid communication skills

CODE4 Field Service Group is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee QA/QC for gas pipeline installation and industrial construction projects.
This role is critical to ensuring all inspections, documentation, and turnover packages meet client, regulatory, and CODE4 standards.
What youβll be doing:
Developing and managing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
Overseeing inspections: excavation, pipeline install, welding (fit-up/NDE), coating, and backfill
Ensuring all hold points and witness points are executed and documented
Managing quality documentation (ITPs, inspection reports, weld logs, NDE, material traceability)
Issuing and tracking NCRs and corrective actions
Coordinating with project managers, field teams, clients, and inspectors
Compiling and delivering final turnover packages
What weβre looking for:
5+ years experience as a Quality Control Manager or similar role in pipeline, refinery, or power plant projects
Strong knowledge of ITPs, welding inspection, and NDE processes
Experience with documentation control and turnover packages
Familiarity with underground pipeline work and industrial environments
Must be computer literate (reporting, documentation tracking, turnover packages, etc.)
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Additional Details:
Positions may support multiple concurrent projects, including refinery work
Candidates must be comfortable working in industrial environments with strict safety and compliance requirements
Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on field experience and leadership capability
