It’s that time of the year when things start to slow down a bit.

This is a project Stephen Anderson and I just completed.
The homeowner wanted to do a few things to keep down costs. They ended up demoing and doing the electrical.
This was once a garage that someone else tried to convert to a room. They tried to the best of their abilities. But the homeowner had a different vision .
We ended up pouring concrete to level out the area. We did insulation, added a hose bib on the exterior and a ice maker box for the outdoor kitchen. We added a window to the space and I personally did the brickwork on the exterior. Once all framing and insulation were installed we hung the drywall, tape, bed and textured and painted walls. We did install a new exterior French door and added hand milled cedar siding. We then laid the flooring and did the trim out. We also remodeled their laundry by scraping ceilings, floating walls,texturing and painting.
